Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately, but no later than 12 hours after submitting the order, via WhatsApp at +971582595305 or email at support@dubaicart.ae.
You can cancel your order under the following circumstances:
•If your order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled immediately, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method if payment was already made.
•If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund & Replacement Policy
We strive to procure and deliver your order accurately; however, there may be situations where products are temporarily unavailable, out of stock, or incorrect items are delivered. In such cases:
•If you did not receive the items you ordered, you will be issued a full refund if payment has already been made.
•If part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the price of the undelivered quantity or deliver the missing item(s) at our discretion.
•If you received incorrect items, we will collect the incorrect items and either provide the correct items or issue a refund, at our discretion.
•Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances, except for defective or incorrect goods.
In all events, we will do our best to resolve your issue and ensure your satisfaction.
3. Return Policy
In line with UAE laws and due to health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged. This includes:
•Perishable products, such as food, beverages, flowers, or plants.
•Customized products, such as special orders or personalized items.
•Personal care products, such as beauty or hygiene items.
•Home care products, such as cleaning or laundry products.
•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
What to do if you receive a defective or damaged item:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@dubaicart.ae or WhatsApp +971582595305 if:
•The item is defective or damaged.
•You received the wrong item(s).
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it by either replacing the defective or damaged item or issuing a refund, at our discretion.
Refund Process:
•Once we have received and inspected your return (if required), we will notify you of the outcome.
•If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take some time to be processed by your bank or credit card provider.

•Items returned without prior approval or coordination will not be accepted.
