• Delivery charge: AED 15 for parcels up to 5 kg (applies uniformly across the UAE).

• Enjoy free delivery for orders of AED 150 and above.

4. Delivery Attempts and Returns

• We provide up to three delivery attempts for each order.

• If the customer is unavailable or rejects the order, the parcel will be returned to the depot, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges will apply.
